THE ROLE

We are looking for a Local Eats Scheduling Admin i s trative Assistant to join our team. As a local eats admin , you will be coordinating staffing, shifts, and operational coverage for all food and beverage locations within an NFL stadium helping to deliver seamless gameday and event execution. Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state-of-the-art technology that will enhance the fan experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ?

Schedule employees across all concessions locations while aligning staffing levels with expected attendance, kickoff time, and event @type (regular season, playoffs, concerts, etc.)

Coordinate with nonprofit organizations participating in concessions fundraising programs; tracking participation, hours worked, and confirm documentation for payouts/donations

Ensure all staff and nonprofit participants comply with labor laws, health regulations, proper credentialing and company policies

Serve as the primary point of contact for nonprofit leaders before and during events

Collaborate cross-functionally with culinary, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of guest food and beverage requirements.

Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.?

Other duties as assigned by management.

Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years of age or older

Strong attention to detail.?

Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.

Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

COMPENSATION : C ompetitive salary of $2 4-26 /hour c ommensurate ?with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.?
